Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Partner to lead strategic client growth within the Services vertical for Turkey & South Asia. You will manage senior relationships, develop plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven advertising solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

The role focuses on accelerating client growth, identifying opportunities, and driving long-term partnerships through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, and Measurement teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing commercial roles.
• Strong knowledge of services sectors: Telco, Travel, Entertainment, or Finance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of performance marketing and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic client relationships across the Services vertical, acting as a trusted partner to drive long-term business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and unlock incremental revenue opportunities through consultative selling and solution development.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and marketing priorities.
• Understand clients’ challenges, industry dynamics, and growth opportunities to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Partner closely with XFN teams to deliver impactful client solutions and ensure execution excellence.
• Lead business reviews, strategic planning discussions, and performance conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to shape go-to-market strategies and client engagement approaches.
