Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Industry Client Solutions Manager for Global Business Solutions in Dubai, UAE. You will support the METAP region by delivering industry-specific strategies, nurturing accounts with high-touch client service, and driving adoption of TikTok solutions to meet marketing and business objectives.

Role requires strong business acumen, consultative sales capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in account management/client services in CPG/Apps.
• High written and oral proficiency in English due to frequent communications with English-speaking markets.
• Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
• Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Being a Consultant to clients and internal stakeholders
• Solutions cover product adoption, strategy and/or optimizations to link marketing objectives to business goals
• Combine product developments, market landscape and competitor activities to set priority and direction for sales
• Drive adoption of Pixels, MMPs and APIs where applicable
• Build Test & Learn plans with measurement solutions across full-funnel
• Create narratives, workshops and business reviews to educate and upskill clients
• Establish TikTok as part of client’s Always-on Full-Funnel platform via Playbooks and infographics
• Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact
• Build trusting relationships with internal teams and external client & agency teams
• Understand cross-functional team scope and whom to approach for what
• Push product adoption through programs and packages aligned to priorities
• Contribute to Account & Opportunity planning with Brand Partnerships
• Track revenue attainment and impact of client activities on Book of Business
• Share learnings through case studies and ad hoc sharings
• Gather, analyse and present data with insights and next steps in reports
