Job summary

TikTok Dubai is seeking a Client Solutions Manager - Gaming to lead performance and branding advertising strategies for mobile gaming clients. You will drive full-funnel solutions, optimize campaigns, and educate teams on new features to upsell opportunities.

In this role you’ll partner with product, engineering, and creative teams to deliver innovative ad strategies, analyze performance data, and build long-term client relationships across regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance-based campaign management across in-house marketing, digital agencies, platforms, or media environments.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition and performance marketing, with a strong interest in social gaming.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong account management experience and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Experience with campaign optimization, tracking, attribution, and measurement, including hands-on use of AppsFlyer and Adjust.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fast learner and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers.
• Collaborate with Business Partnership Managers on research, planning and pitching with ad product solutions and strategy.
• Create and optimize client ad strategies using TikTok for Business products (branding, performance, organic solutions).
• Increase adoption of TikTok’s auction platform and provide ongoing technical support with real-time analysis.
• Analyze campaign data to provide data-driven insights and improve advertising offerings.
• Conduct strategic business reviews and build long-term client relationships with internal teams.
