Qualifications

• Experienced proposal professional with ability to independently manage processes.
• Ability to manage several concurrent proposals spanning different service lines.
• Proven experience in end-to-end RFP management.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP response process from intake to final submission.
• Support opportunities across Magna's full range of service lines and client types.
• Maintain and improve proposal infrastructure, such as content and credential libraries, case studies, and templates.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, HR, and subject-matter experts.
