Job summary

Magna Legal Services in the UAE seeks an experienced proposal professional to manage end-to-end RFP responses, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, IT, and HR. This role focuses on content libraries, templates, and case studies to drive winning proposals.

The ideal candidate can handle multiple concurrent proposals across service lines with autonomy, improving proposal infrastructure and delivering timely final submissions.

Qualifications

• Experienced proposal professional with ability to independently manage processes.
• Ability to manage several concurrent proposals spanning different service lines.
• Proven experience in end-to-end RFP management.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP response process from intake to final submission.
