Job summary

ALEC Holdings invites a detail oriented Proposals Officer to coordinate winning tender submissions across UAE projects. You’ll gather content, pricing, and approvals from internal teams, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of high quality proposals.

With 1–2 years in proposals or bid coordination, you’ll excel at organization, communication, and multi-deadline management while supporting the bid team with templates, records, and post-submission activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in proposals, bid coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tendering or procurement processes is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing bid and proposal documents, presentations, and supporting materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather content, pricing, technical inputs, and approvals.
• Review tender documents and help identify submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance criteria.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and company credentials.
• Track bid timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Format, proofread, and quality-check proposal documents before submission.
• Support the preparation of clarifications, follow-up responses, and post-submission documents.
• Help organize proposal meetings, bid reviews, and submission activities.
• Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and feedback for future reference.
• Provide administrative support to the bid/proposal team as needed.
