Job summary

Confidential Company in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Bid & Proposals Lead to analyze tender documents, identify technical requirements and prepare competitive bid plans for construction or related sectors.

You will collaborate with estimators, procurement and engineering teams to develop costed technical and commercial proposals, ensure compliance, and craft pricing strategies that maximize win probability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bidding, estimating, or proposal management role within the relevant industry (e.g., construction, oil & gas, infrastructure).
• Proven track record of successfully contributing to winning bids, demonstrating an understanding of commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in bid management software and estimating tools; advanced skills in MS Excel for cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents meticulously to identify scope technical requirements and contractual obligations ensuring full comprehension before bid submission.
• Develop comprehensive and competitive technical proposals detailing methodologies resource allocation and project execution plans tailored to client needs.
• Calculate accurate and profitable cost estimates by collaborating with estimators procurement and engineering teams factoring in all direct and indirect costs.
• Prepare compelling commercial proposals including pricing strategies payment terms and risk assessments to maximize win probability.
