Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Bid Specialist - Architecture to develop and deliver competitive bid proposals for architectural projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and project managers to gather information and ensure persuasive submissions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and proven experience in bid management, with a focus on timely, compliant proposals and effective client presentations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in bid management, proposal development or business development within architecture or construction.
• Proven expertise in analyzing project requirements and developing competitive bid strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated project management experience with ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of contract terms, conditions and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Knowledge of UAE or Middle East market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Bid Specialist - Architecture to join our team in Dubai United Arab this role you will be responsible for developing managing and delivering compelling bid proposals and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for architectural projects. You will work collaboratively with technical teams architects and stakeholders to ensure all bids are comprehensive competitive and submitted on time. • Prepare develop and manage comprehensive bid proposals and RFP responses for architecturalprojects
• Analyze project requirements scope of work specifications and client expectations to inform bid strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams including architects engineers and project managers to gather technical information and ensure proposal accuracy
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and cost estimates based on project scope and market analysis
• Manage bid timelines track submission deadlines and ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements
• Review edit and quality-check all bid materials to ensure consistency clarity and professionalism
• Maintain organized bid databases and tracking systems to monitor proposal status and outcomes
• Present proposals and bid strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct post-bid analysis and document lessons learned to continuously improve bidding processes
• Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions in the UAE and broader Middle East region

Tender Submissions

• Coordinate and prepare tender submissions including expression of interest pre-qualifications and request for proposals;
• Provide support on complex proposal and presentation documents - from information sourcing editing collating CVs and image manipulation to collation of final product;
• Responsible for submission coordination and preparation;
• Keep track of client and consultant contact database;
• Maintain and update the Companys extensive electronic database of tender submissions and frequently-used key submission information;
• Ensure opportunity and reporting data is tracked on the CRM system

Qualifications

• Minimum 8years of professional experience in bid management proposal development or business development within the architecture or construction industry
• Proven expertise in analyzing project requirements and developing competitive bid strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Solid understanding of contract terms conditions and procurement processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate costs risks and opportunities
• Professional experience in the UAE or Middle East market is highly desirable
• Knowledge of international bidding standards and best practices is a plus
• Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
• Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
• Strategic thinking with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
• Expert knowledge with InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Microsoft Office packages including excel.
