About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Representative Business Services Center to join the resort s Business Services Center team

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are

• Process and manage business service requests including documentation procurement and vendor coordination
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to support hotel operations
• Maintain records files and reports in compliance with Wynn standards
• Assist in preparing correspondence presentations and other business documents
• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Uphold Wynn s commitment to excellence in all interactions
• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing process improvements and maintaining compliance

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor s degree in business administration Hospitality Management or related field
• 1 2 years of experience in administrative or business services roles preferably in hospitality or luxury environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospitality systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy
