Job summary

ADCB seeks an experienced Reward Analytics professional to develop analytics frameworks and dashboards for compensation programs. You will use Power BI and Tableau to drive informed decisions on budgets, program design changes and annual pay reviews.

Lead job analysis, governance and salary planning across ADCB Group, while driving AI-enabled automation and closer collaboration with IT to scale HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with 3+ years in reward analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related fields; professional reward certification preferred.
• Strong English communication and advanced MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of HR data governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own analytics frameworks, dashboards and compensation models.
• Lead compensation and benefits benchmarking with external data providers.
• Lead job analysis, governance and job architecture alignment.
• Plan salary reviews across ADCB Group and manage budget implications.
• Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks using AI.
• Collaborate with IT to scale the HR management system and analytics.
• Support strategic roadmaps and Remuneration Committee analyses.
