Accor's Pullman Dubai Downtown seeks a Director of Revenue to maximize financial performance through pricing, demand forecasting and distribution management in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead pricing strategy, forecast demand, and align with Sales, Marketing and Operations to balance inventory and maintain competitiveness.

The role requires 5–7 years in revenue management within international luxury hotels and proficiency with RMS,

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management and hotel operations.
• Strong pricing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization and revenue strategies expertise.
• Proficient with RMS, PMS and CRS and advanced Excel, data analysis, reporting, BI tools.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to changing market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies aligned with financial objectives and market positioning.
• Analyze competitive landscape, market dynamics and consumer behavior for opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy and revenue targets across all segments.
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and revenue projections using historical data.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align pricing with promotions and positioning.
• Conduct market intelligence to stay aware of industry trends and competitor positioning.
