Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a Director of Revenue to lead pricing strategy, forecasting, and revenue management across hotel departments. The role requires strategic oversight of market segment performance, budget participation, and optimal use of PMS & RMS systems to maximise profitability in a luxury hotel environment.

You will chair weekly Revenue Meetings, coordinate with sales, F&B, and spa, and guide pricing decisions based on market intelligence and seasonality considerations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly accurate 3-month forecast for hotel rooms revenue by market segment.
• Prepare monthly rolling 12-month forecast for hotel rooms revenue by market segment.
• Set and communicate hotel pricing strategy by market segment using market intelligence and seasonality.
• Chair the weekly Revenue Meeting and document decisions and action plans.
• Set monthly upselling targets for front office and reservations.
• Provide innovative solutions to maximise total revenue management capabilities.
