Job summary

Worldwiders Search and Selection leads a premier ultra-luxury hospitality group in Dubai, seeking a revenue and reservations leader. You will own revenue systems, pricing, inventory parity, and cross-functional strategy to maximize profitability in a dynamic market.

The role requires 5+ years in revenue management, a luxury market mindset, strong analytics, and proven leadership. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field; Masters preferred.
• 5 years in revenue management with proven growth.
• Deep understanding of luxury hospitality market and customer behaviour.
• Strategic, analytical, and strong leadership capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Proficiency in RMS, PMS, BI benchmarking and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reservation and Revenue Management across the cluster.
• Own revenue systems and tools (RMS, PMS, BI).
• Optimize pricing, inventory parity and distribution.
• Translate analytics into actionable revenue strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies across room classes and segments.
• Track KPIs on the Commercial Scorecard and drive improvement.
• Partner with Sales on group pricing and best practices.
• Forecast market trends and ensure profitability across cycles.
• Own relationships with OTA Market Managers.
• Lead revenue forecast creation and accuracy monitoring.
• Chair Revenue Strategy meetings and align commercial teams.
• Support annual budget goals with Sales, Marketing, Finance.
• Coordinate promotional strategy with PR and Reservations.
• Guide upselling initiatives at the front office.
• Define rate strategies, segment ceilings, and incentive plans.
