Job summary

Accor in Dubai invites a skilled Revenue Manager to lead pricing, inventory, and forecasting for a portfolio of hotels. You will monitor market trends, optimize RevPAR, and collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve revenue goals in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will mentor junior team members, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure system hygiene across Revenue Management tools. Fluency in English and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, CRS, channel managers, and OTAs.
• Solid analytical and forecasting skills with understanding of pricing and yield strategies.
• Familiarity with digital distribution, website performance, and online sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies for a portfolio of hotels (3 or 4 hotels).
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
• Lead the weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings providing insights based on reporting data.
• Develop topline revenue forecasts and actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers of the business.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior team members in revenue management practices.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve revenue goals.
• Ensure reservations are well managed and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Drive market share in your competitive set and ensure all systems are adequately used to optimize RevPAR.
• Leverage your knowledge of the distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks to optimize hotel profits.
• Responsible for data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution applications; platforms and tools used by the hotel.
