Job summary

NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta Gate is seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager to maximize hotel revenue and profitability through pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and distribution strategies. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, Finance, and leadership to drive strong performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with PMS/RMS/CRS and distribution platforms in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management for hotels, preferably upscale/luxury.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS, and distribution platforms.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate data into business strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Analyze market demand, booking trends, competitor performance, and business pace to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage pricing, room inventory, availability, restrictions, and business mix across all distribution channels.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support the annual budgeting and business planning process.
• Monitor hotel performance against budget, forecast, and market benchmarks.
• Optimize OTA, direct, GDS, and other distribution channels while maintaining rate accuracy and parity.
• Evaluate group and account opportunities through displacement and profitability analysis.
• Lead and participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, and Operations to maximize revenue opportunities.
