Job summary

Minor Hotels is seeking a commercially driven Revenue Manager for NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta Gate. The role focuses on maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting, inventory control, and channel management, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, E‑Commerce, Reservations, and Finance to drive strong business performance.

The ideal candidate will have upscale or luxury hotel RM experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and hotel

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or luxury hotel revenue management.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Analyze market demand, booking trends, competitor performance, and business pace to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage pricing, room inventory, availability, restrictions, and business mix across distribution channels.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support the annual budgeting process.
• Monitor hotel performance against budget, forecast, and market benchmarks.
