Qualificações

• Previous hotel Revenue Management experience, preferably upscale/luxury.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS, and hotel distribution platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate data into business strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability.
• Analyze market demand, booking trends, competitor performance, and business pace to identify opportunities.
• Manage pricing, room inventory, availability, restrictions, and business mix across distribution channels.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support budgeting and planning processes.
• Monitor hotel performance against budget, forecast, and market benchmarks.
• Optimize OTA, direct, GDS, and other distribution channels while maintaining rate parity.
• Evaluate group and account opportunities through displacement and profitability analysis.
• Lead and participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, and Operations to maximize revenue opportunities.
