We are looking for a commercially driven and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team at NH Collection Dubai Ibn Battuta Gate .

In this key role, you will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing, forecasting, inventory management, distribution, and commercial strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, Finance, and hotel leadership to identify opportunities and drive strong business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and profitability .
• Analyze market demand, booking trends, competitor performance, and business pace to identify revenue opportunities.
• Manage pricing, room inventory, availability, restrictions, and business mix across all distribution channels.
• Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support the annual budgeting and business planning process.
• Monitor hotel performance against budget, forecast, and market benchmarks.
• Optimize OTA, direct, GDS, and other distribution channels while maintaining rate accuracy and parity.
• Evaluate group and account opportunities through effective displacement and profitability analysis.
• Lead and participate in revenue strategy meetings and provide actionable commercial recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce, Reservations, and Operations to maximize revenue opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel Revenue Management experience , preferably within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and distribution strategies.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PMS, RMS, CRS, and hotel distribution platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into effective business strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
