Qualifications

• 5+ years revenue management experience with leadership exposure
• Experience in 4- or 5-star properties with complex operations
• Proven ability to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies
• Experience with channel distribution management and pricing
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of RMS/PMS systems and rate shopping tools

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across all departments
• Lead strategic planning and identify opportunities for incremental revenue and profit growth
• Analyze demand, market trends, and competition to derive insight-driven pricing
• Oversee pricing optimization, promotions, and inventory across channels
• Direct channel distribution across OTAs, CTOs, and direct bookings
• Create short- and long-term financial forecasts and annual budgets
• Chair revenue management meetings and drive cross-department alignment
• Act as system owner for RMS and PMS implementations and optimization
• Manage relationships with distribution partners and market competitors
• Collaborate with marketing to measure and optimize revenue-driven campaigns
• Mentor and develop revenue management talent within the team
• Participate in ownership discussions and present revenue performance to senior stakeholders
