Job summary

Anantara Downtown Dubai is seeking a Director of Revenue to lead the hotel’s pricing strategy by market segment, aligned with market intelligence and seasonality. The role also guides pricing in F&B, Spa and other revenue streams, participates in annual budgeting, and ensures effective use of PMS and RMS systems to maximize distribution and market share.

Qualifications

• Forecast weekly and monthly hotel rooms revenue by market segment.
• Communicate pricing strategy by market segment based on market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly accurate 3-month forecast for rooms revenue by Market Segment.
• Prepare rolling 12-month forecast for rooms revenue by Market Segment.
• Set and communicate hotel pricing strategy by market segment, supporting other revenue departments.
• Chair weekly Revenue Meeting and distribute minutes including forecast and strategy changes.
• Set monthly upsell revenue targets for front office and reservations.
• Provide innovative ideas to maximise total revenue management capabilities.
