Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager & Relationship Managers to grow portfolios.
• Engage with process owners to monitor NPS and benchmark scores.
• Assist onboarding/KYC projects and ensure timely processing within SLA.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve complaints or queries to resolution.
• Coordinate with branches and call centers for funds and documents.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and ad hoc analyses.
