Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a dedicated Indemnities professional to manage customer exit requests and minimize attrition through retention tools. You will screen financial records, propose guarantees and support proposals to preserve banking relationships.

Collaborate across Credit, Collections, Risk, Operations and branches to assess risk and opportunities, ensuring timely, accurate processing and strong customer communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role.
• Good understanding of banking products, policies and systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to present customer perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer exit requests and apply retention tools to minimize attrition.
• Screen customer financial records from credit and risk perspective; propose solutions.
• Prepare proposals for EOSB cases to continue borrowing relationships.
• Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Risk, Inward Remittances, Operations and branches.
• Maintain MIS with weekly/monthly KPI reports and escalate risks.
• Adhere to bank SOPs, policies and service standards.
