Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Banc assurance Operations specialist in Abu Dhabi to manage documentation, suitability checks, and premium processing within the service, risk, and people pillars. You will coordinate reconciliations, reporting, and provider communications while ensuring adherence to risk and compliance standards.

This is a full-time role located in Abu Dhabi. Ideal candidates have a commerce/finance background with banking experience and a proven ability to handle

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Preferable in Commerce Banking Finance or Economic.
• 3 years relevant experience in the Banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the Unit function.

Responsibilities

• Accepting and processing provider documentation pertaining to Banc assurance Ops.
• Despatching provider documents daily to the provider.
• Setting up Standing Instructions for debit of the premiums in BA System.
• Reporting of the collected premiums to the Service Providers regularly.
• Funds transfer and reconciliation with Nostro/CB Accounts and providers.
• Processing of staff free premium as per policy (campaign time).
• Processing of policy issuances, renewals, cancellations and reversals.

Education

Bachelor Degree Preferable in Commerce Banking Finance or Economic
