Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced Banking Operations professional to support Client Services and Onboarding workflows in Abu Dhabi. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of banking experience, preferably in CCB, IB, or Account Services.
• Working knowledge of core banking systems.
• Familiarity with banking policies and procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle all requests promptly and efficiently in compliance with service-level agreements.
• Maintain service logs and operational dashboards to monitor turnaround times.
• Review and validate documents from Client Services and Onboarding.
• Process BBG activities and manage high-volume requests for BBG clients.
• Manage the BBG Help Desk and respond to stakeholder queries.
• Identify and escalate compliance, legal, credit, and operational risks.
• Process onboarding and remediation transactions for Corporate and Institutional Banking customers.
• Review transactions for AML and legal risks.
• Support process improvement and data-migration initiatives.
