Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with process owners and internal stakeholders to monitor NPS and achieve benchmarks.
• Support onboarding, KYC initiatives, and AML alert handling within SLA timelines.
• Assist in customer service for new accounts and relationship management activities.
• Perform data entry, document verification, and validation of approvals and policies.
• Create monthly performance and ad hoc reports for the line manager.
• Support end-to-end customer communications and drive process improvements.
