We are partnering with a large global retailer that is seeking a Retail Trainer FMCG to support retail operations by designing and delivering impactful training programs for sales and customer service teams. This role will focus on enhancing employee performance, customer engagement, and overall service standards across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales and customer service staff.
• Create engaging training content, manuals, and e-learning materials.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
• Assess and evaluate training effectiveness, providing coaching and feedback where needed.
• Collaborate with retail managers to identify training needs and align with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency and high standards of training delivery across multiple store locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the retail industry with proven retail training expertise.
