Job summary

Al Majed for Oud in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with retail recruitment experience to manage the full recruitment cycle for our store network across the UAE. You will source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring to support our expanding retail operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment for fashion, cosmetics, perfumes, or related luxury FMCG, strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, retail experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing for store-level and high-volume vacancies in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple retail outlets.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, agencies, referrals and more.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specs.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit.
• Schedule interviews and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and coordinate onboarding documentation.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
• Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams for smooth joining processes.
• Support employer branding, campaigns, walk-ins, and job fairs as needed.
