Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Head to lead the talent acquisition function for a leading retail business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm, overseeing end-to-end recruitment strategy and talent pipeline management.

This role requires a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, excellent leadership and stakeholder management, and proven experience in high-volume hiring within the retail sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with minimum 2 years in a recruitment consultancy or executive search firm.
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring in the retail or FMCG sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices.
