Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor activities and ensure effective sales coverage during peak store hours
• Support the team in building strong customer relationships using clienteling tools and personalized service approaches
• Encourage product knowledge among team members to enhance sales performance and customer engagement
• Assist store management in achieving sales targets and implementing store initiatives and promotional activities
• Act as a role model for sales excellence and customer service standards on the shop floor
• Provide direct support during sales interactions and complex customer situations
• Supervise store opening and closing procedures including register fund counting and secure bank deposits
• Ensure accurate processing of POS transactions including sales, returns, transfers, and repairs
• Monitor inventory management activities including receiving shipments, stock transfers, and damage reporting
• Enforce loss prevention policies and operational procedures to protect store assets
• Support conflict resolution and provide guidance to sales associates to improve team performance
• Assist with store reporting, sales analysis, and product training initiatives
