Your Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of the brand, creating exceptional in-store experiences while driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and strong product knowledge
  • Advise customers, complete sales transactions, and upsell or cross-sell when appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP customers
  • Ensure boutique cleanliness, visual standards, and brand identity are consistently maintained
  • Support stock monitoring, inventory activities, and highlight shortages when needed
  • Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash and digital payments
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new product offerings
What We’re Looking For
