Job summary

Hermès in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales and Service Support professional to manage inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client experiences. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail support, stockroom, or operational role, ideally in retail luxury environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, stock processes, and operational best practices
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support seamless coordination with store team

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service staff activities and provide regular feedback
• Strategize and monitor daily operations in store
• Assist customer service staff with duties as required
• Train staff in store operations and company policies
• Manage cashier coverage and customer flow for efficient service
• Investigate and resolve customer service complaints across channels
• Develop and implement service policies and explain them to staff and customers
• Maintain documentation for customer service and store activities
• Perform additional duties as needed
• Coordinate with logistics to prepare SAV parcel documents
• Liaise with stock team and cash desks (Credit Notes and Supplier Returns)
• Follow up with calls and messages
