Job summary

Hermès in Dubai seeks an experienced e-commerce operations lead to optimise stock and order flow. You will coordinate with warehouse and carriers, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement to ensure orders are delivered, returns processed, and customer service remains seamless.

You will build strong links with Logistics, Retail Merchandising and IT teams, guide a team of coordinators, and implement efficient stock transfers, packing standards, and omnichannel projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from university or business school.
• At least 4 years of experience in Operations.
• Ability to lead and unite a team around common objectives.
• Strong service mindset and customer focus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the operations team to support front-of-house services.
• Ensure efficient e-commerce stock and order flow, including transfers.
• Coordinate warehouse, carriers, returns, and orders end-to-end.
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Retail Merchandising and IT teams on stock management.
• Ensure packaging quality and adherence to standards.
