Responsibilities

SCOPE OF JOB: As part of sales and service support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence by managing inventory, coordinating stock replenishment, and supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional client experience.

Responsabilities

• Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback
• Strategizing and monitoring the daily activities of various operations in store.
• Assisting customer service staff with duties where required
• Training staff in areas of store operations and company policies
• Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
• Investigating and solving customer service complaints received through various channels.
• Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers
• Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department and store activities
• Performing additional duties where needed
• Coordinate with the logistics departments to ensure that the documents of the SAV parcels are well prepared
• Liaise with stock team and cash desks (Credit Notes and Supplier Returns)
• Follow up with calls and messages
