Job summary

You have 1–3 years of UAE FMCG sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and a proven ability to analyze performance, plan routes, and deliver execution excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant sales experience.
• 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience in UAE Modern Trade.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores according to route plan and build relationships with store teams.
• Achieve sales targets by securing orders and following up on gaps.
• Manage stock, GRVs, returns, and near-expiry risks within the territory.
• Ensure product availability, promotions, and planograms in stores.
• Record visits, orders, stock levels, GRVs, and competitor activity; report performance.
• Escalate issues to supervisor or key account manager when needed.
