PepsiCo in the United Arab Emirates seeks a field-based FMCG sales professional to cultivate strong relationships with store teams, drive in-store execution, and achieve sales targets across the UAE Modern Trade network. You will monitor stock, support promotions, manage orders and GRVs, and report on sales performance while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Education: high school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably UAE Modern Trade.
• Experience in pre-selling, merchandising or store-level sales execution is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE retail operations and customer requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Visit assigned stores according to the route plan and build relationships with store teams.
• Achieve sales targets by securing orders, identifying opportunities and following up on gaps.
• Implement contractual elements for assigned accounts/area.
• Monitor stock levels, suggest orders and help prevent stockouts.
• Ensure listed products, launches and promotions are available in stores.
• Execute promotions, pricing, displays and merchandising standards with merchandisers.
• Check shelf availability, report execution gaps and update records.
• Manage GRVs in the area, coordinate returns and track cases to closure.
• Monitor near-expiry stock and reduce returns and losses.
• Resolve store-level issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate visit, order, stock and competitor activity records.
