Job summary

PepsiCo in the UAE is seeking a field-based FMCG sales professional to drive store visits and secure shelf presence. You will manage orders, optimize stock levels, and push promotions to achieve targets across key accounts.

The role requires 2–3 years of FMCG sales experience in Modern Trade, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage, and a UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years FMCG sales experience in UAE or GCC
• Experience in Modern Trade and in-store execution
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with retailers
• English required; Arabic a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and volume targets across assigned stores and SKUs.
• Generate accurate store orders based on stock levels, rate of sale, promotions and activities.
• Maintain on-shelf availability and drive distribution of the Must Stock List (MSL).
• Ensure proper store standards: planograms, pricing, visibility and share of shelf.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve store-level issues and improve execution.
• Report sales, distribution, execution gaps and KPIs in a timely manner.
