Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop floor activities to ensure optimal coverage during peak trading hours.

• Guide team members in building long-term customer relationships using clienteling tools.
• Oversee store opening and closing procedures including register reconciliation and secure cash handling.
• Maintain compliance with loss prevention and operational standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and manage exchanges or service issues professionally.
