Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Assistant for its Dubai location. This role supports the store leadership team in delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing daily operations. You will directly contribute to sales targets, operational efficiency, and team development.

Key responsibilities include managing department operations, supervising merchandise displays, and training new staff. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication skills, and expertise in POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations.
• Strong expertise in POS systems and customer service practices.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and train junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and knowledgeable customer service.
• Support Store and Department Managers with daily operations.
• Manage department operations in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Train new team members on POS systems.
• Supervise receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing, and operational procedures.
• Guide Sales Assistants in brand merchandising principles.
• Assist with stock take activities.
• Maintain security awareness and safeguard store assets.
