Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager with proven sales and profit results.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs including conversion, shrink, payroll, and inventory control.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills for detailed report analysis.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Strong communication skills in business English.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales performance and profitability, meeting targets for revenue and payroll control.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and manage operational expenses.
• Maintain strict inventory control and oversee inbound and outbound stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and loss prevention standards.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development for store associates.
• Conduct briefings and meetings to review KPIs and performance improvements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through coaching on the sales floor.
• Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
