Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking an RB&E Supervisor to lead the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences team during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth outlet operations.

Based in Dubai, you will coach colleagues, drive training, and contribute to continuous improvements that elevate the overall guest experience; reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the Restaurants, Bars & Experiences Department, the RB&E Supervisor is responsible for leading the team during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational readiness, and smooth day-to-day outlet operations. The role oversees colleague training and development, provides coaching and guidance, completes administrative responsibilities, and contributes to continuous improvements that enhance operational performance and the overall guest experience. The RB&E Supervisor reports to the Assistant Restaurant Manager.
