Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an RB&E Supervisor for the Sunvibe team. Lead a floor section, supervise service, and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed to the highest standards.

A strong knowledge of the outlet concept, menu, and beverage offerings is essential. Responsibilities include maintaining mise en place, training staff on F&B standards, operating POS systems, and delivering personalized, high-touch service.

Formación

• High School qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• 2 years minimum as senior waiter / chef de rang.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Experience in a luxury hotel with high-volume service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a restaurant section, supervise the floor team, and manage opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain knowledge of outlet concept, menu, and beverage offerings; communicate events to the team and guests.
• Ensure mise en place, proper equipment handling, and cleanliness; train new colleagues on F&B standards.
• Operate POS, process orders, handle cash and card payments following hotel standards.
• Deliver courteous, efficient, and personalized service; upsell and create memorable guest experiences.
• Monitor presentation standards, stock, and equipment; communicate guest preferences to the team.
• Support other outlets and complete tasks assigned by the Restaurant/Outlet Manager.
• Assist in duty scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks; cover when staffing is low.
• Inform management and kitchen of guest allergies or special preferences.
