We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who knows how to take the lead on the floor, inspire a service crew, and make every guest feel like the star of the show.

Job Purpose

As our Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the action, overseeing the restaurant operation and making sure every detail is delivered to our Paramount standards.

You'll supervise and support the service crew, keep the operation running seamlessly, and step in when the unexpected happens — always with a positive attitude and a guest-first mindset.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise the restaurant service crew throughout the operation.
• Ensure our service standards are delivered 100% of the time, for 100% of our guests.
• Create an enjoyable, polished and memorable dining experience for every guest.
• Anticipate guest needs before they become requests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally, escalating to management when required.
• Ensure tables, side stations, linen, china, glassware and silverware are prepared according to standard.
• Deliver food and beverage service with confidence, speed and attention to detail.
• Be knowledgeable about beverage service, appropriate stemware and garnishes.
• Complete opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for showtime.
• Support buffet, display and event setups and breakdowns when required.
• Maintain stock levels of linen, china, silverware, glassware and F&B items.
• Handle cash and credit card procedures in line with Finance guidelines.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver seamless events and guest experiences.
• Be ready to provide lateral service across the hotel whenever the operation calls for it.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within Food & Beverage or events.
• Ideally, 2+ years' experience in a multicultural or 5-star hotel environment.
• Experience handling high-volume luxury guest operations.
• The ability to remain calm, organised and positive under pressure.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail with speed and accuracy.
• A flexible approach and willingness to work different shifts and long hours when required.
• A creative, positive and solution-focused mindset.
• The ability to manage last-minute requests without missing a beat.
• A passion for hospitality and the confidence to lead from the front.
