Job summary

SS BUCKET BIRYANI in Dubai is seeking an F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

You will lead wait staff, coordinate with the kitchen, manage shifts, maintain hygiene, handle complaints, and report to the Restaurant Manager to ensure efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor or in a similar restaurant/hotel position.
• Previous hotel, restaurant, or F&B experience is required.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Professional, responsible, and positive attitude.
