Job summary

FreshStart UAE in El-Ain is seeking an organized Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff and budgets. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills; experience in hospitality is preferred. This full-time position does not include accommodation and salary is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff, inventory and budgets
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Train and supervise staff on service techniques, menu items and company policies
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
• Conduct performance evaluations for staff
