Job summary

KnowlegeBridge is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our El-Ain UAE location. The role oversees all restaurant operations, staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance to ensure smooth daily activities and high standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and knowledge of food safety. Arabic is a plus; English is required. Egyptian nationals are prioritized for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
• Excellent customer service and professional handling of issues.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software an asset.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
• Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
• Ensure smooth operation of daily tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Oversee financial performance by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and maximizing profits.
