Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Restaurant Operations Supervisor to lead daily outlet service, coordinate with the kitchen, and uphold luxury standards in a fast-paced Dubai setting. You will mentor a diverse team, manage staff scheduling and training, monitor costs and waste, and respond promptly to guest feedback to deliver a refined, personalized guest experience on the floor.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety, hygiene, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end restaurant, hotel or hospitality.
• Strong guest service and operational standards.
• Ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outlet and ensure smooth service delivery
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the team to achieve operational and service excellence
• Maintain consistently high standards of guest service, presentation, and product quality
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, briefings, and performance management
• Monitor stock levels, wastage, and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other hotel departments
• Support the planning and execution of promotions, events, and special functions
• Act as a leader on the floor to deliver a refined and personalized guest experience
