Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join a team running award-winning restaurants in Dubai. You will oversee daily operations, ensure staff deliver exceptional service, and maintain consistent quality across all dining areas.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, a strong knowledge of European cuisine, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of European cuisine and trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office and restaurant management software.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring staff perform duties efficiently.
• Train, motivate, and supervise servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses.
• Monitor cleanliness and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Restaurant Manager on menus, specials, promotions.
• Manage inventory and orders to keep the restaurant adequately stocked.
