Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house operations in Dubai. You will supervise staff, manage seating and reservations, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, superb guest service, and extensive knowledge of F&B standards. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are expected to maintain high dining standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Restaurant Captain or similar supervisory role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Flexible availability for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff to provide outstanding guest service
• Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently to optimize dining flow
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and tact
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety in the dining area
• Train and mentor team members to adhere to service protocols and company policies
• Monitor inventory related to service items and communicate needs to management
• Prepare regular reports on service performance and guest satisfaction
