Job summary

Paramount Hotels Dubai is seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service in a luxury environment. You will supervise the service team, uphold opening/closing routines, station setup, and guest comfort through attentive, high-end F&B service.

The role requires at least one year in a similar supervisory position within a 5-star, multicultural hotel, with strong leadership, guest service and complaint-handling skills, plus solid knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar supervisory role in a 5-star multicultural hotel environment with F&B/events experience.
• Strong leadership, guest service and complaint-handling skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Flexible to work different shifts and extended hours in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Supervise and support the restaurant service team.
• Ensure 100% compliance with service and operational standards.
• Deliver professional food and beverage service and anticipate guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure effective service recovery.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, table setups, buffets, and side stations.
• Ensure proper handling and availability of linen, china, glassware, silverware, and F&B items.
• Handle cash and credit card procedures in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
• Provide lateral support across hotel operations when required.
