The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining smooth coordination between front‑of‑house staff and kitchen teams.

In this role, you will play a key part in elevating the dining experience by supervising daily restaurant activities, training and supporting staff, and promptly addressing guest needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant floor operations to ensure efficient and flawless service.
• Lead and motivate the floor staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to manage guest orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Train and mentor new and existing staff on service standards and processes.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
